Privacy Notice

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Do not send Login.gov passwords, Social Security numbers, bank information, or other sensitive personal credentials. Our standard service is preparation support only.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to provide so we can prepare MCS-150 update support materials. This may include your USDOT number, legal business name, contact name, phone number, email address, mailing and physical address details, vehicle and driver counts, operation type, cargo categories, mileage information, and notes about what changed since your last update.

How We Use Information

We use information to prepare your answer sheet, intake review notes, public-record review notes, submission checklist, customer communications, invoices, service records, and courtesy reminders related to your MCS-150 update cycle. When you confirm intake and continue to payment, the website saves your intake to our order file so we can match it with your Stripe payment. We may also use information to respond to support requests, prevent misuse, and improve the guided intake workflow.

Information We Do Not Need

We do not need your Login.gov password, FMCSA Portal password, full payment-card number by email, Social Security number, or personal tax identifiers. If a submission step requires you to log in, you should log in yourself and keep control of your account.

Sharing

We do not sell customer information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the website, email, payment, document preparation, or customer support workflow. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service from fraud, abuse, or security issues.

Retention

We keep order records and preparation notes for a reasonable business period so we can support the customer, handle corrections, maintain payment records, and improve the workflow. You may contact us to request deletion of intake information, subject to records we need to keep for business, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards for a small-business service. No website, email account, or online workflow can be guaranteed completely secure, so do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
